I hope to god this article is wrong and you do have full customization. I would use sandard 3 or 4 (I am left handed and would like to aim with my most accurate thumb.) but the layout(s) of the face buttons render it almost physically impossible to swap weapons, jump, and reload while moving.

I will absolutely not buy this game if they do not fix this by either putting all that functionality onto the Dpad for Standard 3/4, or give me full control and let me map the dpad myself. I refuse to break my hands just to play a game.
  • Unfortunately it is right, confirmed by the developer here and also in our Q&A; article.

Standard 4 sucks! come on now who moves around with the right stick and look with the alt 2 wins in my book. still I would prefer fully custom.

    I'd go w/ Alt2, with Standard 4 being a close second.

Man i wish they had R2:fire and L2 zoom it give that real shooting feeling like pulling the trigger

i don't agree ratchet, I think standard 4 looks best

Alternate 2 seems the best choice.

Honestly, this game looks gorgeous, but its pretty mundane to play. Its just a squad based tactical FPS, and is certainly not the best FPS ever!! Not at all, it would need a decent story for that, and believe me it hasnt got that. Multiplayer is quite good tho!!

I'm disappointed, I won’t be able to achieve my favorite configuration.

What happen with KZ2 that will implement fully customizable controls as said previously?! This was available in KZ1, I'm dissapointed it is not available in KZ2 considering it has also been so long in development… :(
